My lived experience as an Indigenous woman and 20 years of working with Indigenous people. Working with Residential Survivors, their children and even grandchildren. I have over 15 years of designing and creating workshops for staff training. Helping people begin or with their reconciliation journey.

Workshops designed for your needs including but not limited to, Intergenerational Trauma, Land Acknowledgment, Blanket Exercise (experiential exercise), Children Storytime/learnings, and Reconciliation Workshops. Also consultation workshops on where or how to start your reconciliation journey.

That is something we can discuss as different workshops may require more than one staff to facilitate. Prices range from $400.00 to $2000.00

Truth telling about the history of Canada and Indigenous people. So Reconciliation and Intergenerational Trauma Workshops. The Blanket exercise is a very powerful teaching tool and common workshop.

As the sessions can be triggering and overwhelming, I offer follow up workshops to discuss the reactions as well as provide a list of various mental health resources for your organization.
